Kodak Disclosure Statement Lacks IP Info, Tech Cos. Say

Law360, New York (June 10, 2013, 10:19 PM EDT) -- A host of tech companies and an insurer on Friday objected to Eastman Kodak Co.’s disclosure statement, which will be used to solicit votes for its reorganization plan, saying it does not include adequate information about Kodak’s treatment of patent and other agreements under the plan.
