Law360, Miami (June 24, 2013, 5:09 PM EDT) -- A Florida state judge said Monday that Major League Baseball can depose a former University of Miami pitching coach in its suit against a health clinic suspected of supplying performance-enhancing drugs to players, but it must first show him confidential personal records it possesses.
