Chinese Exporter Dumped Magnesium, Commerce Says

Law360, Los Angeles (June 10, 2013, 4:14 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce has preliminarily found that China-based magnesium exporter Tianjin Magnesium Metal Co. Ltd. made sales of pure magnesium from the People’s Republic of China at less than normal value between May 2011 and April 2012, according to a notice published Monday in the Federal Register.
