Aetna 'Lollygagging' On Settlement, NJ Hospital Says

Law360, New York (June 11, 2013, 1:43 PM ET) -- A New Jersey hospital told a federal court Friday that Aetna Health Inc. has refused to comply with part of a $7 million settlement the parties reached to end the hospital's suit alleging that the insurer underpaid it by $39 million for services.
