Motorola Approach To SEP Royalties Unfair, Microsoft Says

Law360, New York (June 10, 2013, 10:35 PM EDT) -- Microsoft Corp. recently told the Federal Circuit that Motorola Mobility LLC is using its appeal of a dispute with Apple Inc. to push for an anti-competitive method of setting royalty rates on standard-essential patents.
