Farmers Group Says DOL Hiding Docs On Migrant Workers

Law360, New York (June 11, 2013, 1:59 PM ET) -- Alleging it has been unfairly targeted by the U.S. Department of Labor, a nonprofit that provides migrant workers to farmers under the federal "guest worker" program sued in North Carolina federal court Monday to compel the DOL to hand over records of its investigations into agricultural employers.
