EU To Challenge Chinese Tube Duties At WTO

Law360, New York (June 11, 2013, 3:54 PM EDT) -- The European Union will soon join Japan in proceedings at the World Trade Organization challenging China's recent decision to impose anti-dumping duties on European and Japanese steel tubes, according to a Tuesday media report.

The EU is planning to lodge its own WTO complaint against the Chinese anti-dumping duties, which the country imposed on stainless-steel seamless tubes in November, Reuters reported.
