Oilfield Co. Says Fee Award Excessive In Contract Fight

Law360, Houston (June 11, 2013, 11:31 PM EDT) -- An oilfield service company told a Texas appeals court Tuesday that it should not be on the hook for some $900,000 in attorneys fees awarded against it after a failed effort to enforce a former worker’s employment contract, because they are excessive.
