McDermott Snags NY IP Litigators From Morgan Lewis

Law360, New York (November 14, 2005, 12:00 AM EST) -- A large group of seasoned intellectual property litigators headed by Dennis Mondolino has defected Morgan Lewis and joined competing firm McDermott Will & Emery in New York, McDermott confirmed Monday.

The group, which includes five partners, one counsel, and a dozen associates and paraprofessionals, is known for its expertise in pharmaceutical, chemical, and biotechnological IP disputes, McDermott said.
