NJ AG's Office Facing Suit Over Sex Assault Of Employee

Law360, New York (June 12, 2013, 6:43 PM ET) -- A former employee of the New Jersey Department of Law & Public Safety will get the chance to prove her supervisor created a hostile work environment by sexually assaulting her and making disparaging racial comments about her to co-workers in a trial set to start Monday.
