Outback Can't Use Evidence Sent In Error, Appeals Court Says

Law360, New York (June 12, 2013, 5:29 PM ET) -- A New Jersey appeals court on Wednesday upheld a $552,000 judgment against Outback Steakhouse of Florida Inc. in a slip-and-fall case, dismissing an argument from Outback’s attorneys that the trial judge erred by disallowing their use of privileged documents sent to them in error.
