Microsoft Wants Fed. Circ. To Hear $391M SAP Case En Banc

Law360, New York (June 13, 2013, 3:51 PM EDT) -- Microsoft and HTC Corp. were among the 10 amici that filed an amicus brief Wednesday pressing the Federal Circuit for an en banc review of a ruling upholding a $391 million infringement verdict against SAP America Inc., arguing the decision held SAP accountable for infringement that only its customers could have committed.
