Pa. Republicans Say Enviro Suit Would Steal Their Authority

Law360, Philadelphia (June 13, 2013, 5:32 PM EDT) -- Republicans in Pennsylvania’s General Assembly said Thursday that an environmental group’s lawsuit would strip the Legislature of its power to set environmental policy priorities as the suit challenges amendments to a state law that diverted $143 million from an oil and gas lease fund meant to protect parkland.
