Promega Gets Patent Claims Invalidated In DNA Analysis Row

Law360, Los Angeles (June 13, 2013, 11:38 PM EDT) -- Promega Corp. can label its DNA fingerprinting products for forensic use, paternity testing, or research or clinical purposes, after a federal judge on Wednesday invalidated claims in a patent asserted by Life Technologies Corp. that discloses fluorescence-based DNA analysis.
