Apple Claims Win With USPTO Decision In Samsung Row

Law360, New York (June 13, 2013, 11:53 PM EDT) -- Apple Inc. told a California federal judge Thursday that it won on a key claim in its patent dispute with Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd., when the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office recently said it would re-examine allegedly rejected claims in the so-called rubber-banding patent.
