Alioto Fee Objector Looks To Take $47M Fight To 9th Circ.

Law360, New York (June 14, 2013, 4:46 PM EDT) -- A class member in the liquid crystal display price-fixing case on Thursday asked the Ninth Circuit to review a $47 million attorneys' fee award to Joseph M. Alioto's law firm based on its $28 million dispute with a lender.

Keena L. Dale appealed the fee award that the Alioto Law Firm received for its work representing the indirect purchaser class in winning more than $1 billion in settlements from several electronics makers accused of fixing the price of LCD panels.
