Texas Justices Refuse To Reconsider Killing Houston Air Law

Law360, New York (June 14, 2013, 7:24 PM EDT) -- The Texas Supreme Court said Friday that it will not reconsider a ruling that Houston ran afoul of state control of air pollution law when it tried to regulate the location of concrete crushers.

The court, Texas’ highest-level appeals court, said in a routinely published list of short orders that it would not rehear the case. The Supreme Court did not provide any reasons for its decision.
