Cordance's Bid Denied In "One Click" Patent Battle

Law360, New York (January 24, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- A federal judge has affirmed a November ruling that cleared the way for Inc. to bring a counterclaim alleging Cordance Corp. infringed its patent for software linking Internet users to their personal address book information, once again denying Cordance’s attempts to get the counterclaim tossed.

On Tuesday, Magistrate Judge Mary Pat Thynge of the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware denied a request from Cordance to reconsider her November order allowing the counterclaim.
