Enbridge Denies Poaching Customers In $3B Pipeline Row

Law360, Dallas (June 20, 2013, 8:05 PM EDT) -- Enbridge USA Inc. on Thursday told a Texas state judge it never interfered with or stole customers from a pipeline deal between Enterprise Products Partners LP and Energy Transfer Partners LP and said ETP’s $3 billion damages claim in the suit is “divorced from reality.”
