Ex-FTC Chief Leibowitz Joins Davis Polk's Antitrust Practice

Law360, New York (June 18, 2013, 5:23 PM EDT) -- Former Federal Trade Commission Chairman Jon Leibowitz, who helped guide the agency to a favorable U.S. Supreme Court decision on pay-for-delay and prepare it for a host of looming consumer privacy fights, said Monday he has joined Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP's Washington antitrust and transactional practice as a partner.
