Prius Owners Urge High Court To Reject Arbitration Appeal

Law360, New York (June 19, 2013, 1:28 PM EDT) -- Owners of Toyota Motor Corp.'s Prius hybrids are urging the U.S. Supreme Court to reject the company's bid to push their class action over alleged braking system defects into arbitration, saying they never entered into an arbitration agreement with the automaker.
