Air Force Contractor's Suit Over Pricing Tossed

Law360, Chicago (June 19, 2013, 5:48 PM EDT) -- A federal judge on Tuesday tossed a U.S. Air Force contractor’s lawsuit seeking to get out of a contract to provide ground crew services at an Arizona airbase, finding that the court didn’t have jurisdiction over the pricing dispute.

In a brief order, Judge Nancy B. Firestone of the U.S. Court of Federal Claims dismissed Trailboss Enterprises Inc.’s complaint against the government without prejudice.
