Ruckus Hits Netgear With IP Suit Over Wireless Routers

Law360, New York (June 19, 2013, 9:36 PM EDT) -- Ruckus Wireless Inc. alleged in a suit filed in Delaware federal court Wednesday that two Netgear Inc. routers that provide high-speed wireless Internet access infringe two of its patents.

Sunnyvale, Calif.-based Ruckus, which sued Netgear in 2008 over the infringement of a different pair of patents for router components, said it is entitled to tripled damages for the latest violations because the company knowingly made products that "meet each and every limitation of at least one claim" of the patents-in-suit.
