Law360, New York (June 20, 2013, 2:03 PM EDT) -- Unilever NV is shopping its Wish-Bone salad dressing unit to multiple interested companies, chasing a deal that could bring in between $400 million and $500 million, sources told Reuters on Thursday. Goldman Sachs & Co. Inc. is helping to steer the sale, which could send the well-known dressing brand to either B&G Foods Inc. or Pinnacle Foods Inc.
