Green Groups Threaten To Sue EPA Over Beach Water Criteria

Law360, Chicago (June 20, 2013, 6:03 PM EDT) -- Conservation groups said Thursday that they intend to sue the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency over what they allege is its failure to adopt sufficient water quality criteria under the Clean Water Act to fight pollution and related health risks at beaches across the country.
