Contractor Gets 6 Years Over $31M NASA Kickback Scheme

Law360, New York (June 21, 2013, 4:23 PM EDT) -- The former CEO of a Virginia-based security contracting firm was sentenced on Friday to six years in prison for his role in a $31 million kickback scheme that defrauded NASA and other government agencies by securing contracts reserved for minority small business owners.
