Barbara's Bakery Pays $4M To Settle GMO Class Action

Law360, San Francisco (June 21, 2013, 5:06 PM EDT) -- Snackimals cereal and snack maker Barbara's Bakery Inc. won preliminary approval Friday in California federal court on a $4 million deal with a nationwide class of consumers who claim its “all natural” labels are misleading because its cereals contain genetically modified foods.
