Rothstein Victims Say TD Bank Evidence Must Be Heard

Law360, New York (June 21, 2013, 5:39 PM EDT) -- Victims of Scott Rothstein's $1.2 billion Ponzi scheme on Thursday railed against a proposal filed by the trustee overseeing the liquidation of Rothstein's law firm that would exclude evidence of their claims against TD Bank NA, which they accuse of aiding Rothstein's scheme.
