Samsung Rips Apple's Consumer Harm Claim In ITC Fight

Ltd. on Wednesday blasted Apple Inc. for arguing before the U.S. International Trade Commission that a broad import ban on Samsung's products would cause no harm to American consumers, accusing its archrival of making “irreconcilable arguments.”
