Best Buy Faces Another Suit Over Unpaid Work Time

Law360, New York (January 25, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- Discount retail giant Best Buy Co. Inc. has routinely subjected its employees to security searches off the clock, forced them to work through unpaid meal and rest breaks, and failed to compensate them for all of their work, according to a lawsuit recently filed in a New York State court.
