Obama Plan To Cover Emissions, Efficiency, Renewables

Law360, New York (June 24, 2013, 4:37 PM ET) -- President Barack Obama's climate change initiative scheduled to be unveiled Tuesday will be anchored by carbon emissions limits for existing power plants and will include a push for new energy efficiency standards and additional renewable projects on public lands, according to a senior Sierra Club official.
