Law360, New York (June 24, 2013, 1:07 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday denied a petition to take up a case over the reach of retroactive amendments to the False Claims Act, declining to make a ruling that the U.S. Chamber of Commerce said could clarify liability in more than 1,000 ongoing civil fraud cases.
