Pa. Biz Groups Slam Bill To Expand AG's Antitrust Authority

Law360, Philadelphia (June 25, 2013, 4:02 PM EDT) -- As officials from the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General push for passage of legislation giving them expanded authority to pursue antitrust investigations, attorneys representing business and industry groups told state lawmakers Tuesday that the measure created the threat of amorphous and open-ended law enforcement inquiries.
