High Court Opens Door For More Affirmative Action Suits

Law360, Houston (June 24, 2013, 10:23 PM ET) -- In light of the U.S. Supreme Court’s Monday decision in Fisher v. University of Texas, public universities could face a new wave of affirmative action litigation unless they give renewed consideration to race-neutral admissions policies, experts say.
