Fla. Court Won't Revive Police Union's Unfair-Labor Claim

Law360, Miami (June 24, 2013, 7:01 PM EDT) -- A Florida appeals court on Monday affirmed without opinion the dismissal of a police union's unfair labor practice claim arguing that the city of Hollywood did not act in good faith when it declared financial urgency in May 2011 and unilaterally changed its contract terms.
