Targeted Over Networking Patents

Law360, New York (June 25, 2013, 5:36 PM EDT) -- A Lexington Technology Group subsidiary slapped cloud computing firm with a patent infringement suit Monday in a California federal court accusing it of wrongfully using patented technology related to the sharing and management of documents on digital networks.

Bascom Research LLC accused of direct and indirect infringement of three of its registered patents. The patents are also at issue in Bascom's ongoing litigation with Facebook Inc., LinkedIn Corp. and Novell Inc. filed last year.
