Law360, New York (June 25, 2013, 5:19 PM EDT) -- A Johnson & Johnson unit told the Third Circuit on Monday that buyers of reagents used in blood tests did not meet the burden to secure class status in multidistrict litigation alleging the company conspired to fix prices on the reagents.
