FEC Disclosure Rules Not Unconstitutional, 10th Circ. Says

Law360, New York (June 25, 2013, 5:14 PM EDT) -- The Federal Election Commission notched a victory over nonprofit group Free Speech when the Tenth Circuit on Tuesday upheld a lower court’s dismissal of the group’s First Amendment challenge to agency rules it claimed overburdens political grassroots groups with stringent reporting requirements.
