Contractor Liability In ConAgra Blast Upheld, But Capped

Law360, New York (June 25, 2013, 4:52 PM ET) -- An Illinois judge on Tuesday refused to let a contractor off the hook for contribution to an insurance coverage suit over an explosion at a ConAgra Foods Inc. grain silo that seriously injured a worker, but did place a statutory cap on its total liability.
