Visa, MasterCard Want Interchange Fee Fixing Suit Stayed

Law360, New York (June 25, 2013, 7:40 PM EDT) -- Visa Inc. and MasterCard Inc. on Tuesday said an antitrust lawsuit filed by 17 major retailers who rejected a $7.25 billion settlement in related multidistrict litigation regarding the duo's allegedly anti-competitive fees should be paused since the case could join the MDL.
