Forex Fraudsters Ordered To Pay $5.8M In CFTC Suit

Law360, New York (June 26, 2013, 1:15 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission said Tuesday that Alpha Trading Group SA and its principals have been ordered to pay $5.8 million in its Florida suit accusing them of running a fraudulent off-exchange foreign currency and commodity futures scheme.
