Law360, New York (June 26, 2013, 4:17 PM ET) -- Those awaiting a definitive decision on the University of Texas at Austin's admissions plan — in which race is one of many factors used to evaluate a certain pool of applicants for admission — will have to wait for the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals to review the plan again, this time in accordance with the long-awaited Fisher v.
