9th Circ. Urged To Review Expert Testimony In Asbestos Case

Law360, New York (June 26, 2013, 7:16 PM EDT) -- In a rehearing on Tuesday, an attorney for AstenJohnson Inc. pushed the Ninth Circuit to assess the plaintiff's expert testimony in a mesothelioma lawsuit itself, rather than simply vacate a $9.4 million award and return the matter to a lower court.
