Buffalo News Didn't Libel Air Cargo Exec, NY High Court Says

Law360, New York (June 27, 2013, 6:43 PM ET) -- Berkshire Hathaway Inc.'s Buffalo News Inc. didn't defame an air cargo company's owner in articles about a $28 million false claims settlement, New York's highest court ruled Thursday, rejecting the plaintiff's argument that the newspaper falsely implied he pleaded guilty to criminal wrongdoing.
