GOP Bill Would Cede Public Energy Development To States

Law360, New York (June 27, 2013, 6:10 PM ET) -- A group of Republican lawmakers floated legislation Thursday that would give states control over energy development on federal lands contained within their borders, claiming the Obama administration is stymieing energy production on public land.
