Texas Court Says Affidavit Ruling Needed Before Appeal

Law360, Dallas (June 27, 2013, 8:03 PM EDT) -- An en banc Texas appeals court on Thursday said litigants who want to challenge whether an affidavit establishes personal knowledge of the facts must object and get a ruling from a trial judge to raise the question on appeal, in a trade secrets dispute involving two tour guide companies.
