Fla. Gov. Elevates Trial Judge To Palm Beach Appeals Court

Law360, Miami (June 27, 2013, 9:05 PM EDT) -- Florida Gov. Rick Scott on Thursday appointed Judge Mark W. Klingensmith, who is currently serving on the 19th Judicial Circuit Court, to a seat on the state's Fourth District Court of Appeal in West Palm Beach.

Judge Klingensmith, 52, of Stuart, Fla., has served on the 19th Circuit since being appointed by the governor to the position in 2011, according to a statement from Scott.
