Obama Nomination Will Keep FERC On Steady Course

Law360, New York (June 28, 2013, 7:42 PM EDT) -- President Barack Obama's nomination of former Colorado utility regulator Ron Binz to lead the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission sends a strong signal that the commission will continue to push policies such as expanding the nation's electric grid, increasing renewable energy use and cracking down on energy market manipulation, attorneys say.
