ITC Votes To Continue Asian Steel Pipe Dumping Probe

Law360, Los Angeles (June 28, 2013, 5:33 PM EDT) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission on Friday voted to continue investigations of imported welded steel pressure pipe from Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam, determining that there is reasonable indication that the U.S. industry is materially injured by the imported goods.
