Hobby Lobby Wins Block On ACA Fines Amid Appeal

Law360, Los Angeles (June 28, 2013, 7:03 PM ET) -- An Oklahoma federal judge on Friday issued a temporary restraining order preventing the federal government from levying fines against Hobby Lobby Stores Inc. for refusing to abide by part of a birth control coverage mandate in the Affordable Care Act.
